Terms of Use

Last updated: Date

Draft for review, not legal advice. These terms need your review and a lawyer’s before they are published. Items marked “To decide” are yours to fill in.

The service

Fuseplot is a writing workspace for authors. These terms are an agreement between you and To decide: legal name. By creating an account, you accept them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.

Your writing

You own everything you write and upload to Fuseplot. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the service to you and to the people you invite. We claim no other rights to your work.

The assistant

The assistant can be wrong. Review what it writes and suggests before you keep or publish it. Text written with the assistant’s help in your book is yours, like the rest of your writing. When you use the assistant, the parts of your book it reads are sent to the AI provider of the model you choose, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Sharing

You decide who you invite to your books and what they can see and change. You’re responsible for the people you invite, and you can remove their access at any time.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Fuseplot to break the law, infringe other people’s rights, attack or overload the service, or try to reach books and data that aren’t shared with you.

Availability

We work to keep Fuseplot available and your work safe, but the service is provided as it is. We may change or improve features over time, and we’ll give notice of changes that affect you significantly.

Ending your account

You can stop using Fuseplot at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. To decide: export window and notice periods
